PVC-Jacketed Pre-Insulated Steel Pipe

PVC-Jacketed Pre-Insulated Steel Pipe is a factory-prefabricated thermal insulation system consisting of a steel working pipe, rigid polyurethane (PU) foam insulation layer and PVC outer jacket. The PVC jacket protects the insulation and working pipe against moisture, water penetration, corrosion and mechanical damage.

The rigid PVC outer jacket provides good dimensional stability, mechanical strength and resistance to stress cracking, while the PU insulation layer provides effective thermal insulation. The integrated three-layer structure helps maintain a uniform insulation layer and reliable bonding between the components.
