Trenchless Pipeline Rehabilitation PE100-RC U-Shaped Liner Pipe

Donghong PE100-RC U-Shaped Liner Pipes are designed for trenchless rehabilitation of existing pipelines. The pipe is factory-folded into a U-shaped profile, reducing its cross-sectional size during installation and allowing it to be pulled through existing pipelines with minimal excavation.

After installation, the liner returns toward its original circular shape to form a continuous new pipeline inside the existing pipe. This rehabilitation method helps reduce excavation, traffic disruption, construction time and overall project impact.
